Subsea Sports reserves the right to audit invoices for completeness and accuracy prior to shipment. We do our best to make shopping a streamlined and accurate process, however there are some things beyond our control with regards to our web hosting service. This is includes calculated prices and appropriate sales tax fees and collection. If there is a discrepancy in which the customer owes more, we will notify the customer PRIOR to billing for the additional amount allowing him or her to cancel their order if they wish. Of course, if the customer chooses to cancel prior to our shipping notification, a full refund will be issued. If there is an error to which there is moneys owed to the customer, a credit will automatically be issued. All credits and debits will issued or invoiced direct from us through our credit card processor Stripe®.
If you decide you wish to cancel your oder, you must do so PRIOR to Subsea Sports emails you your order shipping notice. Once we send the shipped notice, your order is not in our possession (even though provided tracking may not be up to date) thus the only way to proceed is follow our RETURN policy below. Call us at 689-210-8935 or email your intent to cancel. Cancelled orders as outlined in section will be refunded 100% to the card used for the original purchase and processed through our credit card provider Stripe®
We ship via UPS or United States Post Office. If you receive damaged package please alert your delivery person or delivery company to resolve the problem first. If the package is damaged DO NOT SIGN FOR IT or accept it! Ask that it be returned and we will work with you. Once you sign we cannot do anything with the shipper it will be your responsibility to work with that shipper. We always provide related tracking information via email upon shipping. We strive to ship orders same the same business day (Holidays excluded), with a cutoff of Noon EST. We follow the same holiday schedule as UPS and USPS.
Shipments to Canada: the customer is responsible for any/all related duties and/or taxes assessed to each item/shipment. This includes, but is not limited to broker fees, HST, PST, and GST fees.
Shipments with CO2 cartridges are shipped as a HAZMAT package and ground only via USPS Parcel Post to the lower 48 US States.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All associated return shipping costs are the customers responsibility, to include insurance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
